Water. Using a brushless, rotary cleaning technique helps restore carpet color and resiliency to a like-new appearance. Depending on the extent of the damage, water extractions of carpet and rugs can be completed on-site. Otherwise, carpet, rugs and pads are removed and treated at our facility. Our specially built, temperature-controlled room is equipped to clean, dry, eliminate mildew and remove odors. This combination of new age chemicals and environmentally-sound enclosure insures faster cleaning, better performance and safer solutions.  We also install linoleum, tile and hardwood flooring products. Upholstery and draperies are thoroughly cleaned and restored. Walls and ceilings are painted and sealed.

We repair and rebuild earthquake damaged structures which conform with the existing earthquake codes and requirements. Geological testing reports are prepared for soil compaction and stabilization.
