Contents (Pack-Out). To avoid exposure to weather, theft, or possible interference with structural restoration; Contents are videotaped, photographed, inventoried, wrapped, packaged, and tagged before they are cleaned and stored securely in a carefully controlled environment.

 

Walls and Ceilings. Smoke and soot in walls and ceilings can be removed dependant upon the severity and extent of the damage. This can be done by use of specialty supplies such as Chem sponges, special chemical agents and/or resin-based polymers that encapsulate irremovable soot particles and provide a smooth surface for repainting.

 

Furniture, Draperies and Upholstery. Repairing and refinishing damaged wood surfaces and cloth materials can often be accomplished by using water-based extraction cleaning or dry cleaning processes. Both processes not only eliminate odor, but also destroy bacteria, yeast and mold.

 

Carpets and Rugs. Floor coverings with minor water-damage can be dried on location using air movers and dehumidifiers.  Once dry, they can be cleaned and deodorized. Carpets and rugs with severe water damage may require removal prior to drying and cleaning. This allows us to clean and deodorize the underlying floors and replace padding if necessary.
